First Easter

We spent Gray's first Easter in North Carolina visiting Brandon's parents, Cathy and Terrell and his sister, Rachel. We had a blast even though it rained everyday except Easter Sunday. Gray got really spoiled but he loved all the attention from his Nina and Granddaddy!

The Easter bunny gave him a basket full of toys. After looking through the Easter baskets we all (Brandon, me, Gray, Cathy, Blain and Abby) went on a nature walk on this trail located behind Cathy's house. When we reached the end (well, almost the end) of the trail, we sat down on this big rock and had a Bible Study while looking at the gorgeous views. Gray stayed awake all the way to the Rock but then he fell asleep. Once we got back to the house, Blain and Abby had an Easter egg hunt. Next year Gray will be able to join in on the action.

Before we left for NC, Gray had his 2 month Dr. appt. He now weighs 11 lbs 9 oz (50 %) and he is 23" (50%). He is my lil chunk muffin. And soo soo sweet. He is smiling all the time and cooing. He can always make me smile and laugh. He brings so much joy to our family.
